All Breed Handler

In 1992 my son, Matt, and I decided it was time for a four legged addition to our family.  We

went in to serious research mode, going to the library, and reading as much information

possible about all of the wonderful breeds.  We decided upon the Cardigan Welsh Corgi. Matt

was smitten with the Blue Merie color, co our search went in that direction.  Matt also wanted to

try his hand at showing, so not only were we looking for a new addition to our family, but a

show dog as well.

Our search brought us to Springshire Kennels.  Fortunately for us, they had a beautiful blue

Merie girl they were looking to place in a good home.  She had already finished her AKC

Championship title and would be perfect for Matt to learn the ropes of Junior Showmanship

with.  It was match made in Heaven.  So, in the spring of 1993, Ch. Springshire's Blue Mystique

(Misty) became a part of our family.  Our lives have been blessed ever since.

And... Faeriesteed Saint Bernard's

in 1964 my husband, Danny obtained his first Saint Bernard.  In 1971, Danny opened a

boarding kennel in Greensboro.  He was actively involved with all aspects of the dogs including

training the Police dogs for the Greensboro Police Department.

Danny has bred, and shown many Saints to their championship titles.  It was just a matter of

time before our paths would cross.  We were both members of the same All Breed Club and

attended many of the same dog shows.

On February 24, 2001 our lives came together as one.  Both Danny and I have thoroughly

loved living with both breeds and can't imagine our lives without them.  We take our

commitment to the dogs very seriously and strive for wonderful temperaments, sound structure

and an overall healthy, happy dog.
